Hybrid Car Bill
This new state policy requires that 25% of the state vehicle fleet be hybrid by 2006.

Access to Mammogram Bill
This law provides, for the first time, money for women 40-49 without health insurance to obtain breast and cervical cancer screening.

Wage Tax Relief
This law will provide significant wage tax reductions for those who live in Montgomery County but work in Philadelphia.

Drunk Driving Reform
My bill, passed as part of the comprehensive DUI reform, for the first time sets up blood tests standards to determine if people are driving on illegal drugs.

Tutoring Expansion Act
Expands access to tutors for children through 12th grade.
